To create a complete and professional profile, we would like to receive the following documents as soon as possible. You can send them to us in a subsequent e-mail: Copy of identity document (front and back), Introduction and motivation, Profile photo, Employment contract, 3 payslips (most recent months), 3x bank statement showing salary, Equity (optional), Proof of guarantee (if possible), Annual statement (if possible), Tenant declaration (optional)

In case of own company, please send the following documents in a subsequent e-mail: 2 recent annual accounts, the income tax assessment for the last 2 years and an extract from the Chamber of Commerce register.

When Hendriks Housing has found the perfect home for you and you actually start renting, you will pay a one-off commission of 1 month's rent + 21% VAT after the key is handed over
