Jeroen Hendriks

Jeroen, the proud owner of Hendriks Housing, began his career in the real estate world in 2019, but his passion for the field started during his studies in Construction Engineering and Technical Business Administration. After working for six years at the largest real estate investor in the Netherlands, he decided to follow his own path and founded Hendriks Housing.

What drives him? The excitement of closing deals, the social aspect of the profession, and the satisfaction of truly making a difference for his clients. From viewing beautiful homes to managing the team from the office at Entrepotdok in Amsterdam; every day is a new adventure.

Quint Rempt

Quint, owner and real estate agent at Hendriks Housing, finds his enthusiasm in finding suitable homes for clients. Every day he is on the move, using his network in Greater Amsterdam to discover available properties.

With a background in sales at large multinationals, Quint finds real satisfaction in welcoming his clients into their new homes with a lovely bottle of champagne. His strength lies in relationship management and interpersonal skills. Always with a smile, you’ll find him cruising through Amsterdam and the surrounding areas.

On weekends, Quint recommends his clients take a walk through the Jordaan, visit the market, and then relax in one of the many cozy cafés. And when it comes to food? Just go to Van Dobben and order a “broodje kroket.” You can’t go wrong there.

Her entrepreneurial spirit comes in handy; she is always looking for new challenges and enjoys meeting new people. Her tip for getting to know Amsterdam better? Step into the first traditional brown café you come across; an evening full of fun is guaranteed.

Anna recently joined Hendriks Housing. She grew up in sunny Bordeaux, where she lived for 16 years, and now happily lives in Haarlem. She loves traveling, discovering new cultures, and finds great satisfaction in helping people truly feel at home somewhere, something that perfectly aligns with her work within the team.

At Hendriks Housing, Anna supports the daily activities of the agents. She also guides expats and international students in their search for housing in Amsterdam. Thanks to her own experience of moving to a new country, she can easily relate to their situation and ensures they feel welcome quickly.

Willy

Willy works at Hendriks Housing, where he assists a wide range of clients in finding their ideal rental home. His background is diverse: he studied International Business & Languages, spent a year in Film & Media, and is currently attending the Real Estate Academy. Before transitioning into real estate, he worked for many years in hospitality. That experience gave him a strong sense for people, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to all kinds of situations.

What Willy enjoys most about his work is its dynamic nature. No day is the same, and he is constantly meeting new people. This makes the job both challenging and exciting. His greatest strength lies in his genuine involvement: he approaches situations from different perspectives and always looks for the best solution for his clients. Thanks to his experience, he understands how important it is for clients to feel heard and supported.

Evy van Haaster

Evy is currently interning at Hendriks Housing, where she gets to experience both the real estate and marketing side of the company. She is studying Real Estate and Property Management, and enjoys learning more about the work of real estate agents in Amsterdam.

During her internship, she supports the team with marketing and content creation, while also observing appointments, client contact, and the daily work of the agents. This combination makes her internship varied and inspiring.

What she enjoys most is seeing how the housing market works in practice and how important good communication is when helping people find a home. She likes being creative, learning from the team, and contributing to the online presence of Hendriks Housing.

Rik Tiemens

Rik successfully completed his graduation internship at Hendriks Housing and has grown into a real estate agent. He guides clients in their search for a new home, a task he carries out with great energy and enthusiasm. What does he enjoy most about his job? The dynamics! Every day is different and brings new clients, challenges, and opportunities.

His strength lies in personal contact: he gains great satisfaction from working with people and enjoys challenges.

His ultimate tip for Amsterdam? Visit one of the many parties held during the Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) in October, a memorable experience for every music lover!

Mo van Tiel

Mo works as a rental agent at Hendriks Housing. After studying Event Management, she decided to follow her creative passion and worked for years as a hairdresser and color specialist. Since 2018, she has run her own hair salon at Vondelpark: De Zaak Amsterdam.

However, she was ready for a new challenge and transitioned into real estate. What does she enjoy most? Personal contact and creatively thinking about how to secure a home in a tight housing market. And property viewings? She still finds them a joy.

The biggest challenge? Tight schedules and limited housing supply. But that keeps her sharp. Mo is described as cheerful, responsible, and a true go-getter.

Anouk lives on the border of De Pijp and Oud Zuid. Here she enjoys the liveliness of De Pijp for a nice bite and drink, while also finding peace in Oud Zuid. In her free time, she is often in the city, enjoying lunch in the sun or taking a walk with a coffee-to-go in Vondelpark. Sports are also her thing: she does fitness, pilates, and occasionally plays padel with friends.

With 7 years of experience in the real estate sector, Anouk works as an agent at Hendriks Housing.
