We had an incredible experience with Hendriks Housing, and a special thank you to our agent, Mees, who made the whole process so much easier for us. From our first contact, he was friendly, responsive (and quick with it), and always invested in helping us find the right home.

Finding a place in Amsterdam can be quite stressful, but Mees was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, kept us informed at every step, and made everything feel clear and manageable.

We’re now very happy in our new home and are really grateful for all the support we received along the way.

We would absolutely recommend Hendriks Housing, and especially Mees, to anyone looking for a home in Amsterdam. Thank you for all your help! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Anouschka and Hendriks Housing.

From the very beginning, I felt incredibly well advised and supported. What really stood out was the personal connection with Anouschka - she genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for and what kind of place would feel right for me.

She was always available, proactive, and ready to go the extra mile. Throughout the whole process, I never felt like just another client.

In the end, Anouschka found me exactly the kind of place I had in mind. A place that truly feels like home.

A huge thank you to Anouschka and Hendriks Housing for making such an important and sometimes stressful journey feel personal, easy, and exciting. I couldn’t recommend them more!

I truly cannot recommend Anna and Hendriks Housing enough. Finding an apartment in Amsterdam is stressful at the best of times, and doing it from another country made the process feel even more daunting. Anna made everything so much easier.

She was thoughtful, proactive, incredibly communicative, and always reliable. She clearly knows Amsterdam’s competitive housing market inside and out and has strong relationships within the industry, which made a huge difference throughout the search. I always felt like she was advocating for me and genuinely had my best interests in mind.

She also took the time to understand what I actually needed in a home, including finding somewhere I could bring my cat, which is not always easy in Amsterdam. Through all the ups and downs of the search, she was such a calm and steady presence and constantly went above and beyond.

In the end, she helped me secure a stunning apartment in an amazing location that felt like the perfect fit. I genuinely don’t think I could have done it without her.

The entire Hendriks Housing team was wonderful to work with, and if you’re considering using them, I would do so without hesitation. Anyone who gets to work with Anna is in very good hands.

This agency was extremely helpful and professional in assisting me to find my place in Amsterdam. The housing market is tough, but they kept providing me multiple options every week. As an international student, it wasn’t easy finding a place on my own and I’m super grateful for how easy they made my search and incorporated me in it even though I was abroad! Amazing experience with them overall.

Hendriks housing walked through all the important steps including how to present yourself and without this advice, I don’t think I would have leased the apartment I wanted given competition. Rik was thorough and offered excelled advice on location, price, and what I should focus on in finding a place I love. He also has continued to help me past move in date which is much appreciated. Thank you, Rik and Hendriks Housing!
