Request received. Evaluation of the feasibility of the search request by one of our real estate agents.
Schedule an intake.
Schedule an intake appointment either physically at our office or online via a video call to complete the profile and discuss desired suitable properties.
Mortgage.
Mortgage already arranged? If not, we can arrange an intake with our mortgage advisor.
Starting the search.
Based on the specified requirements and financial capabilities, your personal agent will search for suitable properties within our extensive network.
Viewing properties.
Together with your personal estate agent, you’ll view various properties, or we’ll attend the viewing for you via an online video call with you.
Starting negotiations.
Your agent negotiates on your behalf with the selling agent regarding the price and the terms.
Go through the contract.
The sales contract is drawn up by the notary. Together with your personal agent, you go through the contract to ensure everything is correct.
Key transfer.
Your personal agent guides you during the inspection and will go together with you to the notary for the key transfer.
Everything is arranged.
Everything is arranged: you can now enjoy your new home!

Extra services: assistance with moving and with arranging gas, water, electricity. Assistance with sustainability or renovation? Please let us know, we have our own contractor.

Our fee is 1% of the purchase price.
