Jeroen, the proud owner of Hendriks Housing, began his career in the real estate world in 2019, but his passion for the field arose during his studies in Civil Engineering and Construction Technical Business Administration. After working for six years at the largest real estate investor in the Netherlands, he decided to forge his own path and establish Hendriks Housing.

With a background in sales for major multinationals, Quint finds true fulfillment in welcoming his clients to their new homes with a delightful bottle of champagne. His strength lies in relationship management and interpersonal skills. Always with a smile on his face, you can find him cruising through Amsterdam and its surroundings.
During weekends, Quint recommends his clients to stroll through the Jordaan area and visit the market, followed by unwinding in one of the many cozy cafes. And when it comes to food? Just head to Van Dobben and order a ‘Broodje Kroket’. You can never go wrong with that.
Anouk, 27 years old, lives on the border of De Pijp and Oud Zuid. Here, she enjoys the liveliness of De Pijp for a cozy bite and drink, but she can also find peace in Oud Zuid. In her free time, she is often found in the city, where she enjoys a lunch in the sun or a walk with a coffee-to-go in the Vondelpark. Sports are also her thing, she does fitness, pilates, and occasionally plays a game of padel with friends.
With 7 years of experience in real estate, Anouk works as a real estate agent at Hendriks Housing. What she enjoys most about her job is the satisfaction she gets when she has helped a tenant find the right property from start to finish. Anna is recently joined Hendriks Housing. Anna grew up in sunny Bordeaux, where she lived for 16 years, and now enjoys living in Haarlem. She loves travelling, discovering new cultures and derives great satisfaction from helping people feel really at home somewhere, something that fits seamlessly with her work within our team.
At Hendriks Housing, Anna supports the daily work of the estate agents. She also guides expats and international students in their search for a home in Amsterdam. Thanks to her own experience moving to a new country, she is able to empathise with their situation and makes sure they quickly feel welcome.

Rengin Helaka
Rengin is currently doing an internship at Hendriks Housing as a Digital Real Estate Agent. She studies International Business & Entrepreneurship in Amsterdam. She enjoys the variety of the job: sometimes working at the office, other times out on appointments, but always meeting new people.
Truly helping people in a crowded housing market and making sure they feel welcome motivates her the most. Her enthusiasm and energy are contagious, and she values building personal connections with everyone she works with.

Chanel Smit works at Hendriks Housing as a rental agent and also works as a real estate photographer. With a background in hospitality and her own real estate photography business, she knows better than anyone how to present properties perfectly and make customers happy with a new home.
What makes her work so enjoyable? No two days are the same, and every property requires a fresh perspective. Chanel is known for her calm demeanour, solution-oriented approach and eye for detail – even when the schedule is tight.
Her favourite day in Amsterdam? Strolling through the 9 streets (tip: get a pistachio croissant at Lourens!) and catching a film in the evening on the beach at Pllek in Noord.

Mo van Tiel
Mo works as a rental agent at Hendriks Housing. After studying Event Management, she decided to follow her creative heart and worked for years as a hairdresser and colour specialist. Since 2018, she has been running her own hairdressing salon at Vondelpark: De Zaak Amsterdam.
However, she was ready for a new challenge, which is how she ended up in real estate. What does she enjoy most? The personal contact and thinking creatively about how to secure a home in this tight market. And viewings? She still finds them a joy.
The biggest challenge? Tight schedules and the scarce housing supply. But that’s what keeps her on her toes. Mo is described as cheerful, responsible and a real go-getter.
This is Milan, an intern real estate agent at Hendriks Housing. In this role, he discovers everything about rental, purchase, and financial and technical management. Currently, he is in his third year of studying Asset Management at the HvA, where he learns a lot about the financial, technical, sustainable, and commercial aspects of real estate.
The best part of this job? Milan enjoys viewing houses together with his candidates and exploring Amsterdam. He understands the home seekers and is happy to help them achieve their goals. As for Amsterdam, there is so much to discover. The city is rich in culture and has countless restaurants with diverse cuisines. His tip? Try a cuisine you haven’t experienced yet!
