By submitting this form, I agree that once Hendriks Housing has successfully matched me with a suitable property and the rental agreement is signed, a one-time commission fee will apply. This fee equals one month’s rent plus 21% VAT, with a minimum of €1,950 plus VAT. The invoice will be issued prior to or shortly after the key handover. Once requested, submitting all required documents in a timely, complete, and well-organized manner will significantly improve my chances of being selected as a tenant. Pricing

For every successful property search, our standard success fee is equivalent to one month’s rent plus 21% VAT (with a minimum of €1.950 plus 21% VAT). For properties in the higher segment, the success fee is negotiable.
